February was an outstanding month with many team members achieving the coveted Winner's Circle. It is much harder to accomplish than one would think. The Winner's Circle Qualifiers are:

New month, new me. (Well still same old me). Will try report in each day this month.
Last month was hectic, but still kept on track with eating and exercise. Just not reporting in. To give an example, it's 5:00am and I need to be out of the house in 20 mins for a drone exhibition at an air show.
Still underweight.
Hopefully will report more tomorrow.

Some people just say "Yes x 3 " others give more details like how long and what kind of exercise. Totally up to you. So long as you respond to all three in some fashion or other.2 -

Well I'm disappointed I didn't make it today but it's ALL about accountability
Exercise- No , only got 13 active minutes from a walk around the neighborhood
Calorie budget- No, overate at dinner with guests- everything was good up til then
Tracked everything- yes! Got one
Tomorrow can only be better!

I'm so annoyed that I have to take a pass on day one but I was out straight at work and by the time I came home I was too tired to do anything but sit. I'm determined to do better for the rest of the month.12

Yes x 3 for me today. Headed home tomorrow after successfully navigating a week away with family. Happy to say goodbye to the stationary bike (main eexercise option) and get back to riding my horse. Will also be glad to get back in an environment where I can better control food options.10 -

Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yes. I'm under my calories, but I did actually eat more than I intended for the day. Still under my limit, so it's fine.

Visited my son for a week in February and got off track. Not bad but it was a bit of a break from logging and exercising. Now that I am home, it is good to be back to logging and exercising and my normal schedule. My other son is visiting this weekend which means more food than normal but I will try my best to stay on track. Regardless I am glad to be starting fresh with a new month. One of these months, I will make it to the winner's circle. Congrats to all that did.7 -
