Visited my son for a week in February and got off track. Not bad but it was a bit of a break from logging and exercising. Now that I am home, it is good to be back to logging and exercising and my normal schedule. My other son is visiting this weekend which means more food than normal but I will try my best to stay on track. Regardless I am glad to be starting fresh with a new month. One of these months, I will make it to the winner's circle. Congrats to all that did.7 -

Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yes, a little too low per the app, but most days I don’t eat meat or dairy so I eat a lot of fruits, veggies, beans, and starches that are not very calorie dense. I don’t plan to eat anymore today because I’m satisfied.
