    After my first Pass Day (not a pre-planned event) ... I am right on target for pre-exercise food intake levels according to my pre-logging .... o:)

    Now to keep the actual eating the same .... and meet the intentional exercise time so that I can even have a bit more .... >:)

    Yes x 3 today. Still too cold to ride, but did go to the barn to give Annie her grain and cleaned and oiled tack. Shod be able to ride tomorrow. Have a cold (thanks to airplane ride back from California), but did manage to get to gym for 20 minutes on the rowing machine and 40 minutes of weight training.
