    I noticed that we are roughly 109 members in this group but only roughly an average of 65 postings each day for the past 6 days. If these postings represent members (I know some member may have more than 1 post), then we are missing roughly 54 people.
    What is happening? :'(:'(:'( How can we motivate or encourage the rest? :'(:'(:/:/

    One hour aerobics class this morning.
    Good on calories, used about 100 earned exercise calories which is what I allow myself on days with 60 minutes or more of cardio.
    I had planned on upping my calories this month and take a maintance month but never adjusted so I’m going to stick with what’s been working.

    Nervous about my official weigh in tomorrow as my weight has been jumping all over the place this week. I think it is the sodium.
