About 27k, limping.
I went back to where I spent two years tracking wolves. While limping 6 hrs in the backcountry isn't the most recommendable thing to do, that place feels like home and I wanted to be there.

Exercise? yes, when the grandkids went down for a nap, I took the dogs for a walk. Hubby manned the fort I had to do some thinking to figure out how to get 20 minutes of exercise in. Seems silly, but when it is not something you are out-of-the-habit of doing, it's a complete reset of the mind. I did not want another pass day.....buttt…..
Calories? No, again, just slightly over by 48 calories. If I would not have had that one more beer, I'd be ok. But that's another thread
