About 27k, limping.
I went back to where I spent two years tracking wolves. While limping 6 hrs in the backcountry isn't the most recommendable thing to do, that place feels like home and I wanted to be there.

Exercise? yes, when the grandkids went down for a nap, I took the dogs for a walk. Hubby manned the fortI had to do some thinking to figure out how to get 20 minutes of exercise in. Seems silly, but when it is not something you are out-of-the-habit of doing, it's a complete reset of the mind. I did not want another pass day.....buttt…..
Calories? No, again, just slightly overby 48 calories. If I would not have had that one more beer, I'd be ok. But that's another thread
