    SW: 201lb (01 Jan 19)
    GW: 140lb
    LW: 183.5lb
    CW: 185.4lb (+1.9)
    OL: 15.6lb

Fell off the wagon badly for a few days with binging and takeaway food. I doubt I put on nearly 2lb though, it's probably mainly water retention.

Trying to not get despondent and just get back on with the diet.

I have had a crappy week generally as my fatigue flared up badly and I spent most of the week in bed. I have Chronic Fatigue Syndrome which is the main reason I have put all the weight on in the first place. It's so hard to make good food decisions when you're completely exhausted - forced sedentariness coupled with boredom and craving high energy food = total disaster!

Fingers crossed this week will be a good one 🤞

ok so 1 lb for me this week - I had a few days out so that was partly the reason and the fact that the 4lbs the week before was I suspect a bit of a false reading, but nice not to have gone up. It is hard not to feel anxious when you are not able to see what calories something is etc, so I just tried to enjoy it for what it was and avoid the 2nd and ( if very nice ) 3rd helpings.....
    so
    sw- 15st 11
    gw -13st 7
    lw -15st 7
    cw - 15st 6
    ol - 5lbs

    back on the wagon now

good luck for the week all

    SW (1st Dec 2016): 255.7lbs
    SW (1st Dec 2018): 229.3lbs
    Weigh In Info
    LW: 235.9lbs (Trend)/235.4lbs (Actual)
    TW: 234.8lbs (Trend)/234.5lbs (Actual)
    Variance: -1.1lbs

Happy with that, had a mixed week with calories, trying something new with regards to way of eating, seem to be working well in terms of cutting down on snacking and feeling fuller for longer. My weigh ins also seem to have been far less volatile this week.

    Lost this week - 1.75lb
    Overall loss 35.5lb

Well I'm a quarter pound off my goal, which in my head is basically at my goal because what's a quarter of a pound really!

It's a bit bittersweet because I'm off to visit my mum in Dubai next week, so I know that when I get back I'll have to work to getting back to my goal weight again. But for today I'll take the win!

I'm not sure how I feel about the looming holiday (from a food perspective of course, I'm massively looking forward to actually being on holiday!). On the one hand I know I have the ability to go completely off the rails when I'm not tracking, and on the other hand my weight loss journey has taken nearly 15 months now to lose the 35lb so I would like to hope that I can approach the feeling like I need to eat anything and everything a little differently.

    We shall see!

Have a good weekend all, and happy weighing :)

Congratulations @_j4de_ maintenance is more like a range rather than a set weight so give yourself a bit of wiggle room of a couple of pounds either side of your intended weight. Even if you're visiting your mum chances are you're not going so crazy you're going to regain a ton of weight, there'll just a be a lot of water retention from indulging a little and the air travel.

At least you'll get to increase your calories to maintenance now  are you planning to reverse diet (gradually increase calories) or just settle straight in?

    Thank you!

I'm going to slowly increase my food rather than just jump straight in as I think I need to get both my body used to the increase in food, but also my meal planning used to the extra I can have.

Hopefully you won't mind me still weighing in during maintenance to keep me on the straight and narrow :)

Hi everybody. I am very happy with today’s weigh-in, yea! I had a week back and forth between tummy issues and not wanting to eat anything to wanting to eat everything in the world, so I wasn’t really sure what the scale would say today. I haven’t worked out in a couple weeks because I either bruised my little baby toe bone badly or possibly broke it (flying frozen chicken incident). But I think I can get back at this week. I have a new incentive as well, I’ll be going on a girls trip to Cabo in October, I would like to make some serious progress by then. Hope everyone is having a great week!

I'm ok with that. After I weighed in last Friday morning I went away for the weekend and didn't weigh in or track anything until Monday morning? And i'd gone up to 277.something!!!! So glad that most of that has come back off.

Wasn't able to log this yesterday as my app kept spinning in the community section. But today's weight is the same anyway. Not upset with this gain because last week was a big loss for me. My IF for Lent is still going on, but not as strict with it after having some vertigo. Hoping to see another loss this week. My goal is to be 145 by April 1.
