Please read yesterday's posts from team members who reported some amazing Non-Scale-Victories. For example, @fitphoenix shared this:
My NSVs for this month:
I actually put a pair of jeans in the dryer to shrink them deliberately to make them fit better.
A t-shirt that was too small the last time I tried it on fit unexpectedly when I tried it on without much hope yesterday.
When I re-did Beginner Shred this week, I was able to do the harder versions of several of the moves having not realised how much I'd improved from when I'd first been doing it.
I didn't have storebought cake at work just because it was there. (I don't really like storebought cake that much, but in the past, "free" would have trumped that.)
I made it through two very stressful weeks at work by preplanning my meals and sticking to them rather than using it as an excuse to not eat well.
From Rick...but there's more...go back and read yesterday's posts.
If you have not yet reported YOUR NSVs, please, please do share with us!!!10 -

Yes x 3 today. Spending time looking at diary and reworking plan after disastrous couple of days. I am starting to think that maintenance is more challenging than active weight loss ... at least, a different learning curve.7

Pass day 2
Great morning with 60 minutes kickboxing followed by an hour of raking gravel that had been displaced throughout the winter. I have a lot of raking to do this month.
My DH took me out for a pre birthday dinner, sushi followed by a cocktail and carrot cake.
Lol it hurts to yawn I’m so full but it was well worth it. I’ve been looking forward to this meal since December!6 -

Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Rest day for me as I have my fourth half-marathon tomorrow. However, I was still active -- played mini golf for about an hour, and ending the day with almost 13,500 steps.
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Sadly, no. I needed to eat a bit more today to ensure I have enough carbs in my system for tomorrow's race.
Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yep!
So that means this is Pass Day #3 for me this month. I should have realized I would need an intentional Pass Day today to make sure I have enough fuel in my system for tomorrow's race. I'll remember that for April's half-marathon.
In any case, I am 120% motivated to NOT have another Pass Day and still make it to the Winner's Circle in March.8 -

Day 2 of tracking for me and it was a win in the fact that I logged as well as I could. It was also a reminder why I keep my scale easily accessible. I need to weigh the stuff like a spoonful of peanut butter so I don't estimate it.
Still not on the exercise routine yet, but at least I'm making progress on one aspect.7 -
My guesstimate for today with 99% certainty is that calories were fine and exercise was definitely fine but I didn't track it all that makes it a pass. A walk in the hills and around a lake to get the heart rate up. Very cold and windy day here!7
