@mulecanter Swimming is a great way to burn calories. Strange thing for me is my knee bugs me when I swim too much 🤨 which is so annoying.
I definitely never use the MFP library to calculate my calories burned as it seems overinflated to me. Who enters that data?
I use a calorie calculator by activity which also checks your current weight and I trust it 75% 🤓

Everyone is out enjoying the day I see. To be honest, I've been tempted a few times to get out myself as it's gorgeous here today, but Sunday is my only rest day and I've had a busy week, with another busy one ahead, so I'm forcing myself to stay in. My resistence level is here, I've bounced off Onederland six times since September. I think the swimming is helping but it's hard to keep up since laps are so tedious. No holidays coming up so maybe I can break through this time. Hope springs eternal!
