    @mulecanter Swimming is a great way to burn calories. Strange thing for me is my knee bugs me when I swim too much 🤨 which is so annoying.

    I definitely never use the MFP library to calculate my calories burned as it seems overinflated to me. Who enters that data?

    I use a calorie calculator by activity which also checks your current weight and I trust it 75% 🤓

    Still been in denial on my eating way too often this week. Even if my number is creeping down I’m well aware that reality will come slap me in the face if I continue to overeat. Goal this week is staying under every day - and no wine!

    Everyone is out enjoying the day I see. To be honest, I've been tempted a few times to get out myself as it's gorgeous here today, but Sunday is my only rest day and I've had a busy week, with another busy one ahead, so I'm forcing myself to stay in.
