Hi all, I've been a bit less active on the team thread because of my work computer internet access issues. Evidently they don't appreciate all my witty posts are inhibited if I have to wait til I get home. Decent losses so far this week, I'm hoping our Friday people are fasting so we can get on the podium this week.3

Thank you everyone for the well wishes. Still struggling. Hoping this antibiotic will kick this out of my lungs without having to go for round 2. Had to have them change the nebulizer treatment meds as it was making me so jittery I can't function or think. The new one is not as bad so maybe I'll be able to get some rest.
@Slinky_BraveHeartBunsOfSteel can you post your steps for Monday please. It's possible the message is buried and I just can't see it with my drug addled brain, but I went through all the posts. Thank you so much.

Been a busy week, forgot to check in 8 March. Unfortunately I only maintained - 192 lbs (87.1kg)
However 15/3 weigh in I am quite happy with:
SW: 198.4 lbs (90kg)
PW: 192lbs (87.1kg)
CW: 190.4lbs (86.2kg)
@mulecanter SW is starting weight (from Feb 2), PW is previous weight and CW is current weight.
Surprised with the weight loss this week. I was eating well the week prior, lost nothing and felt demotivated. I wasn't tracking calories this week, so it was more a mental calculation of estimated calories on the fly. I had a number of catered events and ended up making small portioned cheats: some beer, donut, ice cream, danish and cookies. To be fair, I did try to work them into my calories and only took a fraction of each so maybe that's why I lucked out!
Here's hoping for another weight loss week, I only have 11 weeks until my travels. I suspect I won't be able to lose the remaining 25lbs in time, but I'm gonna try!2 -

dont hold your breath for steps today, I forgot my workout clothes so after school cardio is out, plus its upper body day, So Ill be weightlifting at home tonight. I also need to give my knees a bit of a break, they have been a little more sore than normal.1 -
Ski Santa Fe just got 19" of new snow. I thought I was done for the season but I'm afraid I can't let this pass without taking action.2
