Just curious ..... did someone fill in steps for me? I am totally confused on what I am seeing as I had them all up to date as of yesterday afternoon and a few are different than what I had put in. If you do fill them out, please check the insightful icon after posting. It lets me know where to pick back up0

Yes I work on steps too on weekends, @JesusGirl62...I fill in both. I don't know what the insightful icon is...I usually make a posting thought to say that everything is caught up at a certain time...1

@jessicakrall8 thank you. I didn't know if I had been putting things in the wrong spots. The "iinsightful" is right next to the like, inspiring, etc. But just saying "up to date" is fine too1

@JesusGirl62 LOL I thought you meant there was a special symbol for "insightful". I was wracking my brain trying to figure that one out! You're testing me! Thanks for the giggle...I try to leave some sort of trail that I've been around, so if I get lost in the web, someone can help me find my way out! **laugh**
Hope you're having a great weekend. I felt really great today...got up this morning with so much energy...exercised a little, taught my piano classes, walked for 30 minutes, ate lunch and nearly had all my steps in for the day. Called my neighbor and dragged her to Walmart with me to get a few things and walk the aisles. I'm nearly 3k over my step count for the day! YAY! Enjoy your Sunday all! JK1 -

Ahanaz - Week 2 - Sunday

Well, it's down, not as much as I had hoped, but with family friends over from the other side of the world I guess it's pretty good.
I'm not back to IF where I want to be yet (16:8). I only manage to do 12:12 right now. Carbs I don't even want to start talking about yet as chocolate has ended up being my breakfast lately. I'll keep working on it!
It's quite discouraging to see I'm halfway back to my max weight. I thought I was doing so well. But I'm not back completely and I'm fixing it relatively fast. I caught it early, and with travels, families, and stressful situation at work, I'm just happy I haven't lost focus all together.
I believe a big challenge it to get back to drink more water. I used to be able to drink 2-3 bottles per day. But lately I'm more at 1 bottle/week. I've always believed that to be the key for me, and there is a pattern for me in the relation between water intake and losing weight/staying on track with current diet/new attempts at lifestyle changes.
