This is hopefully the last of the stupid steroid gain as I'm on my last few days of it. It has made me eat, eat, eat! So I will win no prizes for any loss this month as I had an almost 2 lb gain, but the good thing is, a new month is coming with a whole new load of opportunities.3 -

had my body analysis today, I was up 3lbs from last month of course, BUT I knew I was . im up a pound from yesterday, I also have been lifting hard these past few weeks and eaten a lot of sodium this past week. per the analysis, I am up 2.4lbs of muscle, down 0.4lbs of fat, and my body fat % is down 1.5%. so scale may be up, but im not doing too aweful5

I did legs and back yesterday before leaving work, was going to do more at home, but I got home to a very sick little girl with a fever of 104, so instead we hung out at the hospital. shes ok, and feeling a little better today. Hoping I can get a workout in today, may just be the recumbent bike in the house.3 -
