I remember Mrs Fungusballs referring to it as being more like a Death March and thinking how cynical that seemed. The longer I'm at it, the less cynical it seems.0

More power to you to be able to go back and track again. I've tried to go back a few times and have really struggled with the "mechanics" of the process. Ultimately I realized that I "know" what I'm supposed to do, even without tracking, even if I don't always do it. As such, I don't find that tracking has helped me much except as a way of saying, "...and *this* time I'm serious!"0
