Unfortunately this will be my last post for the group as I intend to opt out of the monthly challenges for a while.
Sadly my grandfather passed away & I will be going to Jamaica to pay my respects next week. So I will be away for a while.
Thanks for the motivational spirits of this group & I will continue to strive for the best in terms of health & fitness.
Very sorry for your loss Ever_J...I will say a prayer for you and your family as you travel and as you begin to grieve for him. Take care of yourself...hope to see you again soon...

I did legs and back yesterday before leaving work, was going to do more at home, but I got home to a very sick little girl with a fever of 104, so instead we hung out at the hospital. shes ok, and feeling a little better today.
