Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? yes, over an hour on my treadmill, added some extra steps while i was running errands after work today
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? yes, my goal is 1200/daily and I still had 751 calories banked at the end of the day due to my fitbit calculating just over a thousand calories burned
Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? yes

Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes?
Yes, another 30 minute walk during my lunch break.
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day?
Yes, but just barely. Had an award ceremony to attend for our granddaughter. Ate late at a fast food place.
Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank?
Yes, that’s how I knew to not finish my burger and share my fries! Saved me enough calories to stay under my calories.

Yes to all 3. Day 3 of 3 of my Annual Conference had me lugging boxes all morning and ending the day with 13K+ steps.

Logged all my food and under calories.

Looking forward to a semi-normal work day tomorrow. I'm exhausted!

    Personal goals for April:

    1. Plan to be in winners circle (track everything as expected in this UAC)
    2. Not more than 3 pass days
    3. Stay honest (even if it puts me out of the circle for the month)
    4. Forgive my mistakes (forgive myself) and don't leave the UAC for this month even if I failed
    5. Encourage others where possible.

Following these goals was very helpful to me last month. Though I was off on goal #2.
Looking forward to a successful April!

I like your personal rules @victorious55! I read a really great article today about not comparing yourself to others, example was an exercise class. Sometimes I will see exercise logged for other friends and compare myself. I have to remind myself we’re at different stages in our journeys and sometimes might have different goals. I’ll find it and post!😊

Gonna use a Pass Day. :(

Exercise: lots of walking all day while in the city
Calories: way over. Was doing ok until after supper. Was stressed, tired and getting sick. Emotional ate way too many chips. Need to get my emotional eating under control somehow.
Tracked: Yes...even though the calories in the chips are embarrassing

    (1/3 passes used)

Day 2 and I've blown it already!
Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Run in the morning, dog walk in the evening.
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? No! I took my garmin off to charge so there's been no data for the last 4 hours. Put it back on to take the dog for a walk, sync'ed it, it's given me the calories for my run and walk and then MFP has taken most of them back as the 'garmin correction' thingy, leaving me with virtually no exercise allowance. I hate days like this!
Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yes.

I'm going to turn the 59 red calories into almost 100 red calories and go nibble slowly on a rice cake and pretend it's something indulgent!

Can you not just ignore your Garmin results for the day and manual add your exercise in MFP directly ??
