Happy with this week's loss. Passed my 'no longer obese' milestone. And I've decided that at 12st 7 (175lb) I'm going to take a 2 week diet break where I eat at maintenance - I am really excited about this.
I go up and down with how I feel about my body, but right now I'm actually starting to like the way I look again.

Trendweight a little up but actual weight down. Going to make a few little adjustments over the next week, haven't really planned meals this week so it's been a bit of a free for all when I've gone food shopping.
I have gotten past the freaked out stage of not logging now, will see how I get on the next couple of weeks with my weight.3 -

Yasssss!! Finally, I got myself together and the scale went in the right direction! I could have worked out more, but I stayed focused on eating right and not getting an extra snack when I didn’t need it. Gonna work hard again this week, hopefully will see similar results.

I'm happy with this. It has been spring break this week, so I haven't been able to get as many steps in, like I do at work. And I've only worked out twice this week. Plus last night I had movie theater popcorn and candy for dinner, so I'm sure some of this is salt retention. I'm trying hard to stay within my new calorie allotment of 1200. And most days I'm doing pretty well.1 -
