    Yes x3. Spent a good chunk of the day sick and in bed. I don’t usually count cleaning as exercise, but today I forced myself to do it to get some activity in, and for the amount of energy and effort it took, I’m counting that hour!

    Yes, a short walk at work and an evening walk with my husband. I’m blessed to live in the country. My walk is through grassy fields and up and down a couple hills. I’m so glad to have longer days and better weather for walking.

    Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yes!

    Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yes!

    Loving checking in every morning. Very motivated to stick with my plan because then I have to tell you guys about it. :)

    Spent most of the day in the hospital getting checked for pneumonia. (Which came back negative) I'm under orders to rest a few more days. Looks like it's just a nasty virus that has been kicking my *kitten* for over a week. 🤦

    But I love seeing how great everyone else is doing!!! Keep up the good work!! ❤️
