Hi all.
Now back from holidays (with a cold) but nice weather lovely food and lots of pangs of guilt ...
So with trepidation I got on the scales and
Sw 15 st 11
Gw. 13 st 7
Last week ( well more than that) 15 st 1
Today 15 st 0
Loss 1 lb
Overall Loss 11 lbs
Happy with that after all inclusive holiday I was pretty restrained but this was rather hard as the choice was endless and superb and I am not in the body shape I am by not being a glutton . It was nice to eat lots of healthy fresh food though.
Back to the counting and logging in now but with this cold and the tap effect I reckon a loss of at least half a stone for next week....

Got very annoyed at the scale this morning. I've been 0.2 away from 175 for several days and looking forward to my diet break. So I had a small tantrum when it went up to 176 today 😤. I know it is not fat, so will just have to cling to that.5 -

Only dangerous for anyone approaching me, it's a rather dramatic alternative name for menstruation i.e. blood in the water @wobblemcwobbleface you're probably regretting asking now1 -

To be fair I deserve a gain not a loss this week, so I'll take the quarter and run with it!
Here's to a more disciplined week next week. It's so easy to get complacent when you're around the goal weight. Especially in post holiday mode too. Time to dig deep and remember my why!

I was out of town last weekend and came back weighing 131.8 on Monday, so I’d say this is still a win. I’m only prolonging meeting my goals so hopefully that’s what I need to stay on track and kick it back into gear!3 -
