    Exercise- Yes, 47 min strength training and aerobics, General - plan is to continue with 100 squats each day for 30 days.

    Tracked- Yes, better on my f/v today!

    Exercised: yes, used the bike for commuting
    Calories: easily, with the biking I even managed to sneak a couple of hot cross buns and still came well under budget
    Tracking: yes, even the HXBs

    Had oral surgery and I cannot exercise for 2 - 3 days.

    Yes. 30 minute after dinner walk with my husband.

    Yes, with a nice margin.

    Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank?
    Yes.

    I’m amazed that I haven’t had to use a pass day. I have always said the only thing I am consistent at is being inconsistent! That’s my NSV for now.
