NSV is that my knee is doing great, almost all the way healed. I'm starting to get muscle definition back. The last two weeks I've seen performance changes at the gym and it feels great!7 -
Pass day2 today- excercised and walked a lot but didn’t track the cals and food5

7 Pass Days
I will have to come back with more time to read everyone's NSV's. Always such great inspiration.
Me?? Honestly, my greatest accomplishment is tracking daily. That is really important for me to get in the habit of. Exercising every day too. It is getting easier to follow through and not get sucked up in the other to-do's that try to lure me away. My attitude towards making good changes is back in check. I am not as hard on myself as I had been in past attempts to lose weight.
Exercise? Yes 45 minutes total walking
Calories? Yes, WITHOUT exercise
Tracking? Yes5 -
@corriepelc Great NSVs!2

Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes?
Yes. 30 minute after dinner walk with my husband.
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day?
Yes, with a nice margin.
Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank?
Yes.
I’m amazed that I haven’t had to use a pass day. I have always said the only thing I am consistent at is being inconsistent! That’s my NSV for now.

My victories of the moment:
- I've stuck to both fat loss and regular, steady strength training and light cardio since January 4. I think this is the longest I have truly dug in and kept to a plan. I find I'm really enjoying weight lifting.
-
- I'm fitting back into some clothes, and the clothes I began 2019 wearing are mostly too big now.
-
- I'm making time for things I enjoy - like gardening.
This group and challenge has been so helpful to me in really getting me to dial in my food logging. I was pretty diligent before I joined, but I know I am far more attentive now and on days where I wasn't likely to go over my calories but was going to splurge a bit, I would have just said "eh, it will be fine, I'm not going to log everything". Now, I log it all, just to keep the habit and to have the data.6 -
It was great to read everyone's post.
I am not sure what to post for this, to be honest. Graduation is in 8 months - Yay!
