Please go back and read the wonderful NSVs shared by team mates. Those who shared the big changes in their lives are sharing the results of their own personal fire.
Every month, many people choose to join the UAC, by the 15th, when we share the NSVs...more than half of them are gone.

Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? 60 minutes strength training this morning -- Leg Day!
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yes and with 20 calories to spare. I was hungry today!
Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yep!
Was so great to read through all the NSVs -- you guys are all so amazing and inspiring!6 -

Yesterday was a hard day, after being very comfortably under my calorie goal on Monday I just felt extra hungry yesterday. When I had eaten (and logged) an extended lunch, logged half of dinner and realised I only had 100 calories left and my stomach was telling me it was still hungry I gave myself a stiff talking to and went swimming to earn some extra.
Results:
Exercise: yes
Under calories: scraped under with about 100 to spare, phew
Tracked everything: yes
NSV: wasn't particularly hungry when I went to bed (though that could have been the post-dinner rice cakes).6 -
