Not much of a loss but it’s a loss and it’s encouraging! Sticking with 1000 calorie days is hard when your body gets used to it and doesn’t think it should lose more. Come on body... we aren’t nomadics anymore.2 -

Got a pleasant surprise this morning. I usually weigh myself daily and this morning found I have finally returned to the 150s after several months. I admit it was disheartening seeing the number on the scale juggle around the same 5 lbs. It felt amazing knowing that I finally made some real progress. Here's to hoping it stays that way by my weigh in this weekend.2
