Tracking Week 4

Today’s WI= 170lbs. A gain of .6. But an overall loss of 1.8 lbs for the month.

This week I left about 200 Calories on the table. Last Wednesday’s effort fell apart in the evening. Know I had some snacks but nothing was listed.

This concludes this particular project.

    I’m going to finish out this week which ends next Tuesday. Then I’m taking a few days and re-evaluating everything May 6th. Going to start a new weight training program.

    Yes. Weight training as in muscle building.

    I’m finishing up PT on my foot and ankle. I think I would benefit from leg work.
