I'm doing RIPT90 from XtrainFit. (at the moment)
I love it... Good mix of Cardio and Strength.

    I am currently doing JNL Fusion body basics which I love because it has a good incorporation of weights and cardio. If you are new or have not worked out in some time, there is someone modifying. These workouts are on average 30 minutes. I must admit that even though I workout quite frequently, when I started this new workout a little over a month ago, I had muscles that I didn’t even know I had...lol I ached for about a week, but it was well worth it.
