Yes x 3 (track setup and pack up).
Well done to all that made circle this month. My goal next month is to join you all.
Drone race today went really well. Very happy with how I flew. Finished every race (which was my goal as it was something I have control over). I will post video tomorrow (if people want).
There is always room for improvement, but I appreciate and enjoy where I am up to now. Content but not satisfied.
The live stream of competition had a camera on the start line. This was the first time I had seen my race starts from the outside the goggles video feed. 0 to over 60mph in under 1s (30m/s is 67mph). Blink and you miss it.
Second overall in a field of 26. I was 1st heading into finals, with 5 wins from 6 heats. I flew as well in the finals as in my best heats, just someone else flew better.
As a thought for the day: "Content but not satisfied". This applies to all endeavours, not just sport.
When losing weight or maintaining there is always the temptation to berate yourself with "I could do more". This never helps. Take some time to appreciate how far you have come. What you have accomplished.
This is why my favourite days are NSV days. This gives to a chance to appreciate how far you have come. Time to "stop and smell the roses" so to speak. Be content with what you have accomplished (no matter how small).
As with all things, there is a time for reflection, and a time for action. Be content enough to take time to enjoy what has been done. However, also maintain a drive, discipline or habit that helps you improve at a pace you are comfortable with (ie. not satisfied).

Couldn't do my 30 minutes today. I had a goal of biking for 30 minutes each day in April (only had two days where I did just 20 minutes). I feel good about that and hope to continue for 30 minutes a day into May.
Today my body is screaming at me so I could only do 20 minutes.6 -

@craigo3154, great advice and awesome results! I'd definitely enjoy checking out the video. It always amazes me how fast it is.
@am_change, how beautiful! We're just starting to get flowers poking their way out of the soil these days, but very few blooms yet.
Happy Sunday, everyone.6 -
Adding 15-minute walk (.52 miles) with hubs and dog. Too nice not to get outside today.6

4/28 Including another 50 minutes walk this evening (outside) and felt more exhilarating than a walk in the mall. The skies cleared and we took Annie for a nice long walk.5

Full-on Pass Day for me! I was SO much hungrier today than I was yesterday due my half-marathon yesterday. I allowed myself to eat what I wanted and didn't journal any of it. Just needed a break today!
Although today was supposed to be my Rest Day, it was a super active one. Lots of gardening, laundry, food shopping, meal prep -- ending the day with almost 15K steps.
So that is Pass Day #2 for me, which means I'll still be in the Winner's Circle for April.
Congrats to all those in the Winner's Circle and everyone who is still here posting!
And congrats on your race, @craigo3154!

Woke up to snow today and this meme made me laugh!

Yes, yes, yes.
I should be in the running, but wasn’t in the list. I may have inadvertently forgotten to check in once or twice. But have done everything every day. I only passed twice and if I forgot to check in it would have been out of business/confusion, rather than not logging... I will try to find time to go through day by day tomorrow!2 -
@RangerRickL I can't see my name on the much coveted winner's circle, I got a notification to say it had been added, thank you so much! so may have crossed wires somewhere, must be a nightmare keeping track of everyone, we do appreciate it!

Thank you. Will post the video here because you asked.
This was my fastest heat of the day. To give an indication of scale, takeoff to the first flag (on top of the tower) is about 50 meters (55 yards).1 -

Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes! I feel like I’ve been coasting and doing the bare minimum. I stepped things up today and did a 33 minute yoga/exercise video along with 30 minutes on my exercise bike. I even used a program that changes the resistance. I’ve been guilty of just pedaling with no resistance too often this month.
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yes.
Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yes.

Yes x 3
A nicely balanced day of being outdoors (gardening) and seeing my grandchildren later in the afternoon.3 -

Congratulations @emilysusana!
@RangerRickL doesn't go through posts and count up who's in the winner's circle himself (think he probably spends more than enough time on this challenge as it is!) but asks challengers to post here (as you just did) to say if you've made it or send him a message. Well done again!1 -
