    Hey guys I'm new to this group, always have been involved in sports, but overweight. Portion control is something I have struggled to learn as an adult. I'm using a cutting HST program and logging my food. So grateful for this group! I have a lot of energy for this challenge. What can I say, I'm competive and really like winning. Lol!

    Maybe try intermittent fasting or a carb up day. Trick your metabolism. Then readjust your macros. They say to look at your caloric needs etc after each 10lb loss and esp if you exercise more. The more active you are, the more your body needs replenishing.
