Hey guys I'm new to this group, always have been involved in sports, but overweight. Portion control is something I have struggled to learn as an adult. I'm using a cutting HST program and logging my food. So grateful for this group! I have a lot of energy for this challenge. What can I say, I'm competive and really like winning. Lol!4

Hey all! Forgot to introduce myself before, so just a little insight: have lost about 40lbs (depending on the week😂), but have hit a plateau hard. I’m hoping this will get me to my goal and past the plateau!!

Signing out early this evening. Headed to the baseball park for Tail Waggin' Tuesdays with my Schnauzer Ollie. We're meeting my friend and her pup. Always have such a great time. Ollie does so well in public and is so well behaved. I'm excited. Hope you all have a great evening!

Exercise? Yes nearly a 45 relaxing walk with the family after dinner (start a squat challenge tomorrow on one of my fb groups lol)
Calories? Under but I met my macros and I do fast so eh
Track? Yes. Hard sometimes remembering to do it with 3 kids, one of which is crawling now and I have a good sense of what I'm eating by now.2 -
Exercise? Yes, 3 mile walk and lots of chinups. I managed to do an actual *unassisted* chinup for the first time (I haven’t tried without the resistance band in a long time) and ended up doing several more throughout the day, with plenty of rest between each. Very happy, now to be able to do two in a row!

Maybe try intermittent fasting or a carb up day. Trick your metabolism. Then readjust your macros. They say to look at your caloric needs etc after each 10lb loss and esp if you exercise more. The more active you are, the more your body needs replenishing.2 -
