April was missed, so let's get back to regular tracking with a monthly thread. I was VERY bad over Easter. Far too much chocolate (thanks MIL) and just general grazing.

Had some good sessions in the gym, and have been keeping my steps up, so my average daily calorie burn is consistently over 2400. Foot still suffering (I want to run again so badly) but I'm getting better and better at walking longer distances before getting niggles.

I'm approaching shark week and have been feeling a little bloated, but not desperately eating everything in sight just yet. Fingers crossed I can keep it that way.

Height: 5'10"
HW: 183lbs (Fri 24th March 2017)
SW May: 165lbs (1st May weigh in)
Ultimate goal: Around 150-154lbs
May goal: Below 162lbs
May body fat goal: Below 26%

    Good morning ladies! It's May already!!!
    So I started Keto and it's working. I am totally amazed that I am losing Fat FAST! Never like this, ever!!
    My muscle rate has been increased over the last month and body fat % down! My OTF efforts are now starting to show. Hope to slash 2,3 more lbs this month!!

    I bought a scale that came with an app. It keeps track of body fat, bone mass etc. it’s great. hi7e16l9xe1n.png

    It's been awhile since I've been on here. Gained and lost again. I want to finally reach my goal weight. It's been really hard to lose weight since hitting 130 so hoping strict calorie counting will help.

    It just happens to be a feature on my scales. I know it's not accurate, but it does give me an indication of where I am.

    My goal weight this month is 64kg, this may seem a lot but I have seen 65.2kg in the last 10 days!!

    I want to participate. I had a debacle where I was reading my analogue scale incorrectly and thought I was at 144. Now that it's sunny and nice out I plan to jog and get to that actual 144 (and beyond).

    May goal (hope?) is to reach 165 but not sure if that’s doable. Once I hit 170 my weight loss tends to slows waaaaaay down.

    I'm late to the game but count me in? have more then a "few last pounds to lose" but we all start somewhere. I've been taking small steps to get back into a good work out routine. Trying Pilates and Yoga but my weakness is definitely eating well. That's my big focus for May--Eat better (bye-bye Margaritas :'( ) and hello strength training.

    Welcome all newbies and returning posters! I notice there are some fellow tallies amongst you!

    I fear tomorrow won't be the best weigh in ever. We went to a may fair yesterday and my diet consisted mainly of beer, cider, a large portion of chicken wings and the most delicious brownie calorie bomb, so today's weigh in was a little water weight-y. Plus ToM is taking its sweet time this month so guessing I am just a bit more bloated than normal anyway.

    8th May: 189, I think when I weighed myself at 194 it was a lot of water weight. I feel like only 1 pound is actually real, but we will see when I weigh again tomorrow! I'm counting this as a win. ;)

    Even numbers today. I cheated over the weekend and went off the Keto. That back fired.
    But I am back and determined. I've got 10K and 5K coming up. I've been checking my macros and learning new recipes. Gotta make it enjoyable, right? :D

    Stepped on and off the scale about 10 times already. Even changed the battery. Sunday I ate more than I have in a long time because of a party, so I did an OMAD Monday to compensate and ate around 1400 yesterday and went to the gym and here we are! Every month I always get lower than average weights for like one to two days when I'm losing so I'm wondering if this is just one of those days. We'll see in a week I guess.

    Well not exactly headed the right direction, but my steps and eating are a mess. I bought a gym membership this morning and I'm planning to get there tomorrow and going forward. The crappy treadmill and our hand weights at home aren't cutting it.

    I totally binged 2 days ago after a very stressful day, and then got back on track yesterday. I thought for sure I’d be the same weight or higher. Not sure how I lost so much. I have a feeling some of it will come back on next week. Aaand we are taking the kids on vacation this weekend. I’m going to try my best! Lol

    So glad this group is back. I've been getting better at cutting out restaurants over the weekend but I had 2 work lunches this week and a dinner last week. Plus my husband and I went to a baseball game on Tuesday night. Sometimes it's just unavoidable. I'm almost at my goal weight so things might move a little slower. I'm on the last day on Insanity Max 30 tomorrow and I'm not sure what Beachbody program to do next. Any suggestions?

    My goal for May is to hit 140, it's been a struggle to lose weight. This is my first attempt using this app, major lifestyle change last year and I got lazy & chunky. None of my jeans currently fit and I'm too cheap to buy new ones. I've been working at it 46 days and down 9 lbs (that's it). I've accepted the fact that this is going to be a long drawn out process. My boyfriend has 2 kids that live with us and their current sports schedule is killlliiinnnggg me. I am active (unless I'm sitting at one of their games) but don't get gym time in. I do ride horses, clean stalls, garden and seem to constantly be moving when not at work. The amount of time it's taking me to lose weight is very discouraging, I tend to be right at/under 1000 calories most days and generally have 1 cheat day a week.

    Welcome to the group, it's my first time using MFP and the community as well. I totally get how you feel. I have to dress up for work and I'm basically cycling 2 pants and a handful of sweaters because nothing fits--it's getting embarrassing. I could buy new stuff but I don't want too! I'm just trying to remember that this 25 pounds took a couple years to put on...so it's going to take a while to get off....I'm trying to celebrate the small wins! Best of luck to you:)

    I'd like to get in on this too. The past five years since I started homeschooling I have gotten more and more sedentary. I really need some accountability to keep me on track because if I don't get it together I am going to wind up with major health issue like most of the women in my family. So here goes

    I am bloated. I started drinking more water and I feel so FULL, HEAVY and SLUGGISH...
    My goal is to down 65 oz a day. I only used to drink about 40 oz. But with Keto and all the workouts, I'm trying to up my H2O intake. It's harder than I thought.
    And I have been doing low carb rather than strict Keto. I need to go back cuz it melts Fat a lot faster. Anyone doing Keto friend me! I need ideas :)

    Not surprised at all I went up after the 8th, actually expected more, especially today since I started my period yesterday. I think I must have had a lot of water weight with my starting weight this month. Hoping for a solid 124 on the 22nd.

    15th May:187- it was actually 186.9 but I rounded up. I feel like it's progress. I normally fall off the wagon after five pounds so I must stay focused.
