Hi everyone! Getting some much-needed R&R this weekend, so today is a planned Pass Day #1 for the month. I did get lots of walking in, though...ending the day with 19K+ steps.3

Exercised- gym cardio- a little this a little that... elliptical, Jacobs ladder, self propelled treadmill, rowing, for 35 minutes total.
Then threw in some handstands for fun. Don’t know why I love them so - maybe because I feel child like?

Also your quote for today really echos the voice in my head. There have been a lot of experiences lately where I’ve had to get out of my comfort zone in order to advance myself professionally. I’ve been channeling my inner gym beast that pushes herself to do anything. It’s working.2 -
