Haven't checked in a few days but all this weekend we pretty much stayed active, made walking family time. I didn't lift any bc I'm still sore and I made today my rest day from the walking and squats and just relaxed. However, this was my first weekend I successfully didn't cheat on my diet, so I'm excited to weigh in tomorrow morning.
Calories? Just shy of a 1000 but given my activity level today and the fact that I intermittent fast I'm ok with that.
Tracked? Yes2 -

1.4 lb loss... I am good with that, very happy the scale is moving downward!
I have Jury Duty today, I could probably use that as an excuse to buy some greasy fast food for lunch today... but instead I have packed a protein drink (for breakfast), a Kind bar and fruit for lunch, along with my coffee & water from home. Planning is key for me today.
I hope you all have a Great Monday and Week!3 -

I just signed up for a 5K in mid-June, so I will be going to the gym three times a week to start preparing. I'm working all overnights this week so I have to figure out a good time to go.

I forgot to check in last night, but I had a good day. I ran 4 miles, did my lifting and bodyweight training, tracked everything and stayed about 400 calories under my goal thanks to exercise calories. We’re going out tonight and although the meal I have pre-chosen (fish tacos!! 😋) will fit into my daily calories today, I wanted to save some calories yesterday just in case I decided to get dessert or a sweet drink tonight.2

Sorry I missed yesterday!2 -
I'm going to try to do the daily tracking as well, and posting in here every day. Although this week I'm working overnights so it is really messing up my tracking. Do I track food during the overnight as the day before since I haven't slept yet.
Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes, went to gym for treadmill and some weight machines.
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Unknown - didn't track since overnight shifts are confusing
Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? No.0 -
@LadySaton, great pre-planning! Have fun tonight!
@liss_k, no problem at all. Nice loss!
@lifeisspiffy, I guess there's no set way to do that. What you suggested sounds like it might work for you. Just do the best you can.0 -

Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes, recumbent bike, 20 minutes, 6.15 miles
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yes.
Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yes,0 -
Well, I overate from my planned lunch today (I think my body really wanted the energy from yesterday’s run back lol), but then the restaurant didn’t have the sauce I like for dipping so I ended up not having any chips and dip at dinner which saved me over 300 calories from what I had logged and made up for it so I didn’t actually dip into yesterday’s banked calories after all. I always eat those banked calories at some point, but it’s nice to save them for a weekend treat.
Exercise? DDR + 4 miles walked
In calories? Just barely but done!
Tracked? Yes!1
