So I'm sorry that I didn't weigh in last week. I was soooo sick I honestly didn't care lol 😂 But I'm better now. And I have been doing really well in dieting and exercising!!!

That is really really good for me. I'm determined to get into a healthy routine and it looks like I'm on my way. I recently met someone who is also all about eating healthy and keeping fit. He is amazing and so much motivation for me ❤️2 -

I'm ok with that. I expected it to be more. Was whisked away this weekend to the beach for what was "Mothers Day/Family weekend" but turned out to be the place where my bf of 3 yrs wanted to propose ❤ So I didn't track and ate freely. Oops lol. But wanting to look good in my wedding dress and on my honeymoon so going back at it even harder now 😎

injured my foot over the weekend, so have not gotten all my exercise in as planned. what are some good ones to do when you cant walk on your foot? i still want to get my minutes in.0

Jury duty last week, this week and next, has me off a bit.1 -

Today was our last day at the beach. Leaving tomorrow for Central Florida where we'll visit with family. Doug's dad is 89 and declining with Parkinson's Dementia and his older sister cares for him full-time. I visit for just a little and then go on to Orlando to stay with my niece/sister until Saturday morning, then head to pick him up and head back to Nashville. Thursday I'm driving to the half-way mark to have lunch with my older sister. Can't wait to see everyone and visit, even if it's not enough time!
