    Thursday weigh-ins have checked in. Thanks!

    @hickchic67, I used to get those all the time. Now that I'm drinking more water and have given up the Coke Zero I rarely have them. Have you tried tonic water? It's nasty at first (unless there's gin in it), but you get used to it and it works immediately. A friend at church also got me a bottle of this stuff: https://tasteofamish.com/product/stops-leg-cramps/ for the cramps.

    @Stimpy56, you'll get it! We're pulling for you!

    Exercised? Today was a rest day, but I did a few miles walking just to reach my step goal.
    In calories? No, but I’m still about 600 under my goal for the week. 👍🏻
    Tracking? Yes!

    My eating was such a mess today. I tried a short-ish 15 hour fast bc I was having some stomach issues. I managed the timing just fine. I had a decent lunch and then I was just snacking all the way to dinner and then after dinner too. I ate an entire box of oatmeal cookies that amounted to a quarter of my daily goal. 😱 Not eating for 15 hours definitely helped my stomach, but fasting as a nutritional plan never seems to go well for me. 🤣 I wasn’t too far over my goal thankfully. I don’t know how the hardcore IFers do it, mad props to anyone managing it. 💪🏻

    @BonnieHosk85 - 237.2 :s Up 1.7 pounds. I knew I shouldn't have had that French onion soup last night. Loaded with salt!! I have to admit this is doing a number on my mind. My plan is to drink lots of water today and weigh again tomorrow morning. Ugh! Not a good way to start a vacation!!

    @BonnieHosk85

    Sorry that you had a gain this week. It happens to all of us. We all eat things we regret at times. I hope you at least enjoyed the french onion soup. I am glad you know 1 thing that contributed to your gain and how to go about getting the weight back up. I hope you enjoy your vacation.

    Note to self: DO NOT trust the scale as your all in all for weight loss. I weighed again, after coffee and before eating, and the scale was down 1.2. I'm feeling better emotionally and will not falter on my vacay to Florida.

    I've already noted my exercise for each day I'm at the beach and logged the donuts at Perry's. They're homemade and absolutely cannot be missed, even though I'm not a big donut fan.

    I'll do long walks on the beach while I'm there and go to PF with my niece when I'm at her house to be sure I stay accountable for my exercise each day. I'll also choose fish when we eat out, drink lots and lots of water, and log every single bite, no matter what. Putting this here for accountability. <3

    @allietuge Great self control at the celebration!
    @BonnieHosk85 Enjoy your vacay! I miss Florida beaches! 💕

    Daily check in:
    Exercise - Yes, lifting + bodyweight + lots and lots of walking
    In calories - Nooooo, but not off by much. I ate to satisfy my hunger today, but with more healthful and satiating choices so it wasn’t a catastrophe. I’m still about 500 calories under my weekly goal thanks to savings earlier this week.
    Tracked - Yes!
