4 mile run, kept busy at work, 2 1/2 mile dog walk, 25k total steps, but according to MFP/Garmin 1600 cals was 50 too many! 🙁
And I've managed to bugger up my shoulder somehow. Don't know if I slept on it funny or pulled something at work but it got progressively worse during the day. 'Gently does it' will be the motto for the next few days.3 -

@HelensBeads I'm not sure I fully understood your post, are you saying that after a 4 mile run, 2 1/2 Hour walk and 25K steps you didn't make your calorie goal of 1550? I may be misunderstanding what you are saying but something seems wrong to me.1 -

Oh no O, I am so sorry for this news. I can relate, I had a bond with my grandma. It was hard. I pray that God will comfort your family especially your 8yr old.2 -

I was ravenous in the evening because I entered the wrong lunch and missed ~350 cal. It's surprising what a difference a few hundred calories make between a little tempted and ready to eat anything!1 -
