I know it is a bit late in the month to be starting a goal but I really need to reign in my post work snacking. I get home from work around 3 pm an lately (meaning for the past couple months) I’ve gotten in the habit of mindless munching that is really counterproductive to me reaching my goals. I need to either cut out the snacking entirely or at least get better about grabbing carrots or an apple or something healthy. Why does my husband always have a bag of chips on the fridge?😭

@arendiva It's never to late to set goals! Also, do you guys have a pantry or is there a spot your husband can put the chips so you don't see them?
