Welcome to the group, it's my first time using MFP and the community as well. I totally get how you feel. I have to dress up for work and I'm basically cycling 2 pants and a handful of sweaters because nothing fits--it's getting embarrassing. I could buy new stuff but I don't want too! I'm just trying to remember that this 25 pounds took a couple years to put on...so it's going to take a while to get off....I'm trying to celebrate the small wins! Best of luck to you:)

I'd like to get in on this too. The past five years since I started homeschooling I have gotten more and more sedentary. I really need some accountability to keep me on track because if I don't get it together I am going to wind up with major health issue like most of the women in my family. So here goes

I am bloated. I started drinking more water and I feel so FULL, HEAVY and SLUGGISH...
My goal is to down 65 oz a day. I only used to drink about 40 oz. But with Keto and all the workouts, I'm trying to up my H2O intake. It's harder than I thought.
And I have been doing low carb rather than strict Keto. I need to go back cuz it melts Fat a lot faster. Anyone doing Keto friend me! I need ideas1 -
Not surprised at all I went up after the 8th, actually expected more, especially today since I started my period yesterday. I think I must have had a lot of water weight with my starting weight this month. Hoping for a solid 124 on the 22nd.

8th May: 189, I think when I weighed myself at 194 it was a lot of water weight. I feel like only 1 pound is actually real, but we will see when I weigh again tomorrow! I'm counting this as a win.
15th May:187- it was actually 186.9 but I rounded up. I feel like it's progress. I normally fall off the wagon after five pounds so I must stay focused.

I didn’t manage to post here last week. It’s like I am constantly busy and when I do sit down I just want to switch off; I’m not entirely sure whether I’m coming or going. Mind you, I am keeping up the exercise, I am eating (fairly) well. Just putting it all down on here is challenging.
Last week my weigh ins were awful. I was so very bloated from TOM (a full week late) and one or two sodium bombs that everything went up last week. Back down to more normal levels now though and no more bloat!
I will try to get back to individual responses soon.

As I suspected this past weekend stopped my progress dead in its tracks. At least I didn't go up. I have been watching my eating and exercising this week so maybe I will see a difference next week.

I'm so glad I found this thread again. It's been almost TWO YEARs since I have been on this thread consistently. I lost nearly 30lbs by doing these check ins here and tracking on MFP. I was able to maintain at around 155lb for about a year, and in this last year I have gained it alllll back and some. Instead of getting frustrated about it any further. I've decided to get back on this thread and do what worked for me the first time. Track and stay accountable.

Not what I hoped for but, honestly, what I expected. Last night was my son's 18th birthday so we went out to dinner with all the trimmings. All things considered, 1 lb on the morning after is probably not as bad as it could have been. Lots of water and salad for me today. LOL3 -

Not the weigh in I wanted this morning, but I'm still working at it. I recently stopped using NuvaRing and dealing with TOM for the first time in 5-6 years. I've hit 144 twice since the last weigh in and haven't been above 146 so I feel like it's just slow slow progress in the right direction. I'm really watching to make sure my average caloric intake stays at 1200 or below - it's got to work sooner or later.
