Snacks for T2

I thought I'd ask what you folks eat for snacks that are low or no carb. I don't eat a lot of snacks, but occasionally have extra calories left in my day. I'm avoiding chips & crackers (I prefer salty snacks). I often have salted mixed nuts. Occasionally Moon Cheese (it's expensive though). I roam the aisles of the grocery store and everything has carbs. I love popcorn, but I haven't had it lately. I'm hoping that may be something that wouldn't spike my blood sugar too much, but I haven't tried it yet. Some days, I'd even like to have some fruit, but... carbs. What's your favorite snack?

I've been going with raw Almonds They've got a few carbs but also fiber so the net carbs are low.2

I like sliced salted radishes as a substitute for chips.
Berries have a lot of fiber and are low carb compared to other fruits. I eat fruit all the time without problems, although I can’t eat a whole large banana or orange unless I exercise afterwards. Everyone is different, test your blood and find out what sweet stuff you can eat.1 -
Pepperoni sticks
Cheese
Hard boiled egg
Diet soda
Coffee with no sugar or powdered sweeteners
Can of tuna/ herring/ oysters/ mussels/ salmon
Pork rinds with a sour cream or cream cheese dip
