    Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes - pushing strollers this morning and then a long walk tonight with the kiddos. :)
    Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yes!
    Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yes!

    I'm starting the C25K tomorrow morning with my boss... we try to hold each other accountable daily for a 20+ minute walk, and now we are going to attempt this. Any tips? I have ran half marathons and 5/10Ks in the past -- but that was 8 years and 3 babies ago. :#

    Love the photos of the spring beauty outside of @w8goal4life's home.
    Rose and I took a soggy but fun woodland trek to see our spring beauties which include Sweet Williams; Jack in the Pulpit; violets; bluebells and a host of tiny flowering plants. One hour of walking and talking.

    Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Active rest day -- walked for 35 minutes while watching TV on the treadmill since it was pouring all day outside.

    Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yes and under

    Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yep!

    @DreamAchiever33 -- Congrats on starting C25K. Since it sounds like you've run in the past, you know what to do -- start slowly, listen to your body and enjoy the journey! That's what I did when I started running 4 years ago and now I've run five half-marathons. You got this!

    Spring blossoms on the flowering crab apple trees and lilacs in our yard are finally "showing off." Today is the last day of the Lilac Festival. Not too many of the lilacs on the festival grounds had reached peak yet except, perhaps, some very early varieties. So happy to have a warm 70's degree day today...and the sun is SHINING!

    Calories: way over budget, was my SIL 60th surprise birthday party
    Tracking: tracked everything I ate, even though it was painful to see how many calories were in some of that food
