I am doing the back and biceps.........But have not done the others in awhile. They are going to kill me! OUCH.

Stepping up my workouts next week. Our trainer was pretty easy on me this past week. I'm glad, too. Energy low.

Worked w/our trainer this afternoon. Trying a few different exercises. Easy ones just to make sure I don't hurt anything.

Swimming lesson - 60 minutes. I’m enjoying the water more and more. My time in the pool in Destin really helped.

Worked out with weights last week. Going to get in more cardio this week. I did the express back workout yesterday!

Worked out Friday. Felt pretty good. Higher energy.

Worked out at the gym this morning. Some lazy cop left plates on all the equipment! Angie and I each took 100 pound plates off of the leg press machine. He must have had 600 pounds on it! Yikes!

Workout cancelled yesterday. Our trainer was sick. I'll see her tomorrow if she is better.

No plans for tomorrow. I'm trying to finish the book I'm realing so that is my plan.
