Dropped car off for service this morning. Walked home. Great weather for it.
Unfortunately the run of late Autumn good weather is supposed to end late tomorrow (just in time for the weekend). So will try walk early tomorrow.
Dinner with parents tomorrow night.
@RangerRickL. So true on that no-one succeeds by themselves. I for one am thankful to you, UAC and my family for my continued success in my health management.

I am thankful for my friends here at MFP who encourage me by their success and not giving up.
I am thankful for my sister who encourages me and is one of my biggest cheerleaders.
I am thankful for you, @RangerRickL, for starting and keeping this group going. It's helped me to stay on track and today I'm happy to announce I'm officially 1/3 of the way to my goal weight!!
I am thankful for @craigo3154, who inspires us with his posts and wisdom he's learned along the way.

I am thankful for so much. At this stage in my life I am most thankful for my amazing husband who financially supports our household allowing me to grow my business and spend time focusing on my health goals.
It blows my mind that he believes in me this much.7 -
I am grateful for an online community that motivates and inspires me to focus on my goals and get back up when I slip.

I’m grateful for this group, my MFP friends (2 of whom I’ve met in person!), and the MFP community. Learned lots in my years here. I’m grateful to my husband who supports me fully in my health and fitness goals, and to my daughters, who are kind enough to keep treats out of my sight
