This is Bridal Veil Falls in the Columbia River Gorge which separates the states of Washington and Oregon.
Rose and I spent all afternoon hiking up and down forest trails to reach various waterfalls

This is the amazing hanging waterfall, Multnomah. The first drop is almost 600 feet into a pool. That pool overflowing into another 80 foot drop and then the water moves on to the Columbia River13 -

Exercise: 45 mins PT exercises & Ex Bike
Calories over by 262 - have been tired. Thought I needed more food...
Trying to adjust to new exercise requests by PT. I keep doing something that inflamed my hip, so she’s having cut out (temporarily on my walking, hikes, etc. - I’m going to have to learn to eat less- while we do these experiments.

Ugh! Sorry you are struggling with this. Do you have a pool available? I found the pool a great option before my knee replacement when weight-bearing exercise was out of the picture. I still do the pool a couple of days a week, just for range of motion exercises.3 -

Good walk. Seem to be getting back to the pace I had almost a year ago (but not feeling like I am pushing as hard).

@cascarrabiasviejito. It's 2 learning lessons. It takes time to get healthy habits right.
Took me almost 4 months to set not only my habits, but also my expectations close to correct. Even though most I do now "automagically" (through habit) I still need to review things and work to keep on track.
Work on it day by day and keep with us for the month irrespective of how many pass days you have.
(I didn't make circle last month, but I still posted through to the end of the month).

Well...all I can say is oh dear!! It was my first of several birthday dinners! I think I'm out the running now, but I'd like to keep at this because at least it keeps me honest and doing as best I can in between big events!9 -

Yes x 3. Still sick, but I had to get to the mall to shop for my daughter’s birthday on Saturday. So mall walking was my exercise. Recovering on the couch now with a ginger tea.6

already starting to see my physique change, back to where I want it to be. i feel impatient but i keep looking forward to see how much progress i'll make by October, that's my goal date and i just gotta keep reminding myself that. i wanna look good in my fall/winter clothes and i wanna be able to go into maintenance calories to fit in my cold weather comfort foods.

Calories - over - I'm so hungry these last few days and today I decided to give myself some grace but not over do it. I am thinking it's hormonal. Do any women up their calories a bit according to their cycles?
Exercise - nope - kids, work and chores got the best of me.

I really don't care for the over/under scenario due to my own carelessness. Consistency is always better.8 -

Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? 3 mile run outside this morning to celebrate Global Running Day, plus 14 minutes of strength to get me warmed up.
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yes and under! I really wanted ice cream tonight, but I opted for a nectarine and watermelon instead. Very proud of myself.
Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yes and under!
@RangerRickL I got to visit Bridal Veil Falls for the first time last year during a roundtrip to Spokane and Coeur d'Alene. It's absolutely amazing! Beautiful photos!8 -
