    Hi there another 3x yes day using my pre created meal list. thank you to everyone who commented that they use this strategy too and it = success for them. the posts were really helpful for me to read. I have 2 breakfasts, 2 main meals and 3 treat options that I am happy with right now all nutritionally thought out so lets see how this goes. best wishes all x

    @ForAmanda222, its so much easier if there's something you eat often, even if say it's a salad and you save it. You can always click on it and modify it once it's in your diary for that day. I like it for snacks too. Say PB and 1/2 banana, just so it's just a click:)
