Hi there another 3x yes day using my pre created meal list. thank you to everyone who commented that they use this strategy too and it = success for them. the posts were really helpful for me to read. I have 2 breakfasts, 2 main meals and 3 treat options that I am happy with right now all nutritionally thought out so lets see how this goes. best wishes all x11

@ForAmanda222, its so much easier if there's something you eat often, even if say it's a salad and you save it. You can always click on it and modify it once it's in your diary for that day. I like it for snacks too. Say PB and 1/2 banana, just so it's just a click:)

Enjoyed some organic corn chips. I weighed them out 1oz and clipped the bag. Just knowing I could have a serving and not keep eating made me feel good. This scale thing and small portions my husband doesn't understand.

@goldthistime yes, it is about good habits and of course good choices. Scales drive me crazy especially if I work so hard and it doesn't budge. Sometimes it just gives you a reason to quit if you let it. That's why I don't weigh often. Maybe one or twice a month. The real test is how you feel and how your clothes fit. It took me this challenge to figure that out.
@DreamAchiever33 so glad you are seeing results..stick with it. As you are finding out this is a life change. As @RangerRickL recently said when he was away for the wedding it gets to be second nature to sustain because of the habit of making good choices (sorry those are not his exact words I'm sure but you get the point) No race just little by little chipping away toward your goal. The good thing I love about this challenge is it's for weight loss but also for maintenance if you chose for it to be. Additionally for me it is a place to come back to if you have made it to your goal and need to return because old habits crept back in, health issues ect, ect. It's here to use and the people here are amazing. Keep up the good work
My moto is "nothing tastes as good as being fit and thin feels". I know that I didn't originate the saying but I have adopted it as my phrase. Come to think of it, maybe it is my phrase because when I first heard it the "fit" part was not in there. That's it I'm claiming it as mine. lol6 -

Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? 15 minutes of pilates strength followed by 3 mile run outside in the Northern California sauna. LOL It was 76 degrees at 5:30am this morning during my run. Crazy!
