@Ketch_22 Way to go!! Your path sounds exactly like mine was. When I started (at 182) I was delighted to think of 150-155 as goal. When I got there, everything was going smoothly and I felt good, so I changed it to 145. Then to 140 and ultimately to 135. Finally set maintenance at 130-135. Never in my wildest imagination did I think that would be my maintenance range when I started. It is still amazing to me how good I feel and how 'routine' this way of living has become.
Warning - you are in danger of finding yourself quite poor if you continue dropping your weight goal. It gets really expensive when you need to start replacing your entire wardrobe because NOTHING (from shoes to undies to outerwear) fits ... especially if you live someplace with true four seasons. On top of that, I found that for the first time in forever I actually enjoyed buying clothes for myself. I've gone from needing a support group for weight loss to needing to check out 'overspenders anonymous'!7 -
Laziness almost won this today. Planned to ride this morning and then go to the gym this afternoon since rain made continued progress on the back yard not an option. Sat down, ate lunch, and really did not want to go out again. Finally told myself to just get up and go. Did and, as usual, was glad after I was done. Sometimes the hardest part of going to the gym is getting out of the house!

Way to go @Ketch_22
So very proud of your progress! As @jan110144 stated...clothing updates as you "downsize" are necessary; and the smaller sizes just make you feel good about yourself. I opted for purchasing clothes at thrift shops as my weight dropped (and donating my old ones at the same time) which made the changes very affordable. Getting rid of the larger sized ones was my insurance policy for "never upsizing, again!" I actually prefer thrift store shopping now as I can change my wardrobe more frequently with minimal expense.
Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes, 1 hour walk in the village this morning...and another 20 minutes this evening.
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yes, on target.
Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yes, sure thing!5 -

Yes x 3 for me. Exercise was stationary bike (30 min) and weights at home (20 min). Had to dip into my exercise calories again today.
As to R&R, I took my dear sweet father (turns 85 this year) out to lunch, and then together we visited my sister at a Peony Festival.6 -

Exercise: Yes, 90min walk
Calories: Yes! Surprisingly didn't overeat
Tracked: Yes, the best I could at least
I thought I was gonna need a Pass day but I stayed in control and am now finally done with the day feeling happy & productive.
At dinner, I stopped eating once I felt full. We were having ribs and those things make me feel sick if I eat too much but usually I would force myself to eat the whole plate and then feel terrible after. But I just saved what was left over!!
I also fasted 17-18hours, did a long walk, and kept my breakfast & lunch super light so I could enjoy the birthday food and it was soo worth it! And I didn't binge on anything, I stuck to my portions and knew when to stop eating and I didn't even need a second slice of cake cuz just one slice was so rich and decadent that it was more than enough.
I'd say that all counts as a NSV cuz normally I would've said "*kitten* it" and had a whole binge day but it almost felt effortless to stay on track this time. However next week is my birthday and I'm gonna gift myself a Pass so I can enjoy a homemade cheesecake lol
Have a great weekend everyone!7 -

@ketch22, what a beautiful view! That's an amazing sight so close to your house.Awesome SV and NSVs!
@jan110144, I found the same thing when I first got to what I thought was goal weight. Turned out I could be healthily smaller than I ever imagined! Like @W8goal4life, I tend to mostly shop thrift during weight loss, try to donate my own larger clothes as I go--but then I do still spend more money when I get to that lower bracket, and I definitely find shopping more enjoyable when I'm happier with how I look/feel. Getting ready for my vacation at the end of the month has been a bit more expensive than I anticipated, lol.
@goldthistime, that sounds like an awesome afternoon with your family!
@ForAmanda222, so glad the set meals are working for you.
Had a great private yoga class with the bride-to-be and 4 friends this morning, and then we had an amazing lunch and spent almost two hours in the hot tub chatting (and periodically climbing out to sit on the edge so we didn't overheat or turn into complete raisins). Weather was uncertain, and there was a lot of rain overnight and this morning, so we didn't end up doing any hiking, but it was a lovely, relaxing day. (And the rain held off the whole time we were there; it was literally as we were heading to the parking lot that it started up again. Can't complain about that when the original forecast was 90% rain every hour of the day.) Very glad to have had the chance to spend the time together. ^_^6 -

I love all of your posts!!!
My day was wonderful. I slept 11 hours. That helped me recover from the 5.5 hours the night before.
Like @jan11014, we are caught in this historic anomaly of almost never ending rain. Our Midwestern states agriculture is headed for an economic catastrophe. It rained most of today.
Exercise: vigorous treadmill walking for 20+ minutes and active farm chores for 30 minutes.
Calories: nice margin under my limit
