Hi all, been a tad stressed with work of late and then on holiday so this all went out of the window a bit but pleased that over the period (3 weeks?) it has stayed the same so for me no overall change - other than back now logging and trying to reconnect with this - it is easy for a routine to fall apart but so much harder to get it started again

I missed weigh in last week so last check in was 6/6 @ 119.4 lb before I went on vacation. I monitored my food but still ate things like donuts and milkshakes but walked A LOT and came home at my same weight. Very happy with that.
This week:

TW: 117 lbs (-2.4 lbs)

Helloooooo 180s! It's been a few years since I've seen those. Usually if I'm trying to lose weight I lose interest before I lose down to the 180s, so I am very happy to see them again. This is my final week on my gym's challenge. I plan on weighing in on Tuesday but they are giving a few days for those that might not be able to get in on Tuesday so not sure when I find out who wins. I'm trying to remind myself that it is crunch time! I would really rather crunch down on some tacos but I'm staying strong.2 -

Up a little, but I've been on vacation, so it's harder to gauge when eating out and then also walking around a lot. Not upset, but definitely need to get back in the groove as to not reinforce the vacation binge!0
