Down .8lbs. Not what I wanted but any Loss is better than a gain.1

I have to weigh-in tomorrow versus today, but my weight has been consistently down all week. The snacking was under control.1

Down 3.4!!
I think I had a lot of inflammation and water retention last Friday which influenced weigh-in. I had been hoovering crappy gluten-filled snacks just because they were in front of me.
It felt good this week to be more deliberate about eating.
