Dear Team Members,
Once per month, I need your help. The UAC has helped you and many others to attain their goals for the healthy habits. Nonetheless, every month, people leave for lots of reasons. To keep the group alive, I need your help to pass on the monthly baton.
Please share something positive about the UAC at the Challenge board link

Thank you so much,

Exercised?: Yes. (20 bodyweight exercises)
Calories?: Yes
Tracked?: Yes
Another work day away from home.
Instead of walking in the dark, I did bodyweight exercises in the hotel room. Great having a completely portable exercise routine that needs no equipment.
Thank you to all for the belated birthday wishes for my 51st on Monday. My family did celebrate my birthday with me the weekend before I had to travel, but it's never really the same (Japanese Saturday night - joint celebration as my daughters birthday is 6 days before mine).
Travelling solo, there is no-one to share dinner with and going out alone I've never found appealing (food is not a big driver for me - except pavlova ). Likely will have a nice dinner Sunday as daughter performing in a show on Friday and Saturday.dancefloortragedy wrote: »June 25

made a wonderful sponge cake today, it came out so light & fluffy and tasted like how my grandmother made it! ..
@dancefloortragedy. That cake sounds wonderful. My wife has been trying to replicate her grandma's legendary sponge cake, but with little success. (As I am low carb diet, and she is Keto diet, the only one to make it for is our daughter or guests ).

@Craigo3154 I tried making pavlova once for a party but they were individual servings. They were OK, but I'm thinking the full recipe cut into serving size pieces might be better.0

Pass Day #4... Oops!
Exercise: Yes, 60 mintue walk, then 90minutes in the kitchen cooking a bunch (cooking de-stresses me)
Calories: No haha, kinda gave into my cravings. Enjoyed 1 Mike's Hard lemonade and it gave me a nice fuzzy feeling but DANG those thigns are 220calories a BOTTLE. The'yre pretty much just soda with alcohol, so it's filled with sugar.
Tracked: Yes, usually I avoid tracking my Overeating Nights but i made myself face the "damage" lol
my eating habits may be getting better but i still struggle the most with consistency, especially on weeks when i feel the worst. but thankfully stopped before i could've gone too far. won't be in the winner's circle after all, oh well!
@craigo3154 Happy Birthday and thank you!! A pavlova is definitely on my list to things to bake next!7 -
Yes x today. Will be done with June before you know it!4

Yes x 3. Exercise was another two hour bike ride. Trying to build up some stamina for a bike trip coming up in July.4

Great job doing bodyweight exercises in your hotel room. I actually read an article today on bodyweight exercises you and others might like to read.😊

Lots more to do. We had another beautiful day today, though...so good to be outside even for maintenance work I don't particularly care for .

I'm definitely back in for July -- will be my 7th month in a row this year. I want to keep the streak alive!
@dancefloortragedy -- Next time you want an adult beverage, try those new hard seltzers that are popular now. I love the ones from Bon & Viv -- they're lightly flavored, really good and only 90 calories for a 12 oz can. I may be a lightweight, but they give me a good buzz after one!
To add on to the bodyweight exercise discussion of @craigo3154 and @tuffgirl19, my favorite bodyweight exercises I get from Blogilates on YouTube. They may be short, but they are SUPER effective. https://www.youtube.com/user/blogilates3 -
