Long work day.
Was still in a bit of a "funk" from Sunday, but got out to walk.
Congratulations to all who continued through the end of last month (those are the ultimate winners).
Extra congratulations to all who made the Winners circle is an added bonus and a noteworthy achievement.

Mood finally started to lift after the weekend. Getting back into normal rhythm again.
Wife and daughter both coming down with colds, so having to look after them a little while continuing to work.
Deliberately did not walk today and did bodyweight instead.

Made me smile ... sounds like the horses - they always walk faster on the way back to their pasture than they do in their way to the barn to work8 -

Hi there lots of people making a good start to the month hooray. I've had another good day - parked opposite end of the campus to give me a long walk either end of the day. picked apart a buffet and didn't care that I looked like I was doing strange fumbling things with my food! tracked intake and apparently well under today. 3xyes. 3 days in a row. pleased.10

Not doing very well on this challenge! I'm doing great on staying within my calories and tracking everything and eating healthily but I'm having trouble motivating myself to exercise.
Gonna do better tomorrow. I am NOT using up all my passes only 4 days in to the challenge.
I might need someone to drag me off the sofa and on to the treadmill lol9 -

Made my calorie count exercised by walking at work and logged my food happy 4th ..., glad your puppy is named snowshoe a lot of snow here in the adirondacks this year plenty of snowshoeing and Xc skiing!!9

Rose and I traveled between our farm and Kansas City, MO.
As we got to town, we saw the 4 jet fighters of the Blue Angels flying in acrobatic formations over the city. Their official performance is scheduled for this coming Saturday & Sunday.
Exercise: 30 minutes of walking after arriving at destination

Exercise: Yes, 15-20min strength was the main workout but I also been up and active from 7am to 7pm, 60-90minutes in the grocery store and then chores & cooking & baking+assembling an entire cake from scratch. suuuch a busy, active, productive day. completely worn out and my back hurts a ton lol. 💪

anyone else count their baking/cooking sessions as exercise? making a whole cake wears me out but i love doing it.
gonna have to have my first Pass tomorrow cuz of 4th of July food, then there won't be anymore celebrations for my family til next month so day after tomorrow I can stay on track from then on. Today I weighed myself again and I was 135lb, but I did it when I hadn't ate yet & I had just come back home after walking thru the whole walmart for a while so that's probably why my weight was so low (3lbs in 3 or so days is a lil suspicious). But it was still a little motivating to see the number going down, I'll try to not go too crazy with the food tomorrow so I won't put back on those 3lbs I lost lol, but can't guarantee anything
