July 7. yes x 3: exercise rest day so did laundry, house cleaning and meal prep for the week. read a book til 11am so that was my fun thing today.

I finished picking my cherry tree and took cherries to my neighbors. Then I went to my granddaughter's birthday party. I made a yummy Cherry/raspberry crisp for all those who didn't want birthday cake. Had a great day!

Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Really not feeling well today, so I took advantage of my rest day. But I still got a 2 mile walk in this morning to ensure I hit my 10,000 steps for the day. Today is day #69 of my step streak and I didn't want to lose that!
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yes and under
Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yep!
Today wasn't really filled with fun as I've been oddly lethargic all day. But that's OK because the last five days I've been off were filled with TONS of fun things, all of it with my hubby, so it's OK today wasn't the most fun.

I had a very BUSY work weekend. Have tomorrow off and then back to work on Tuesday...yes x 3 for me today.......cutting close on the calories though. Shows I have more but do not like to use exercise ones. Just squeaked on that glass of wine with supper
@RangerRickL it is GREAT to be back! Checked for your site as soon as I started charting again! Waited for the beginning of July to join. Bud is doing very good as well. Looking forwars to sharing my new journey with all of you

My fun stuff of today was having friends over for lunch and then two of our adult children and their families over later in the afternoon. The weather was perfect and I did not overeat despite all of the visitors. The reason that I did not overeat is because, here at our house, we are the hosts and we have the food that fits the UAC program.
Great day of relationships and lots of time outside with the grand children.

I finished my first week with the program was a qualified success. I used one of my pass days, but I tracked and was under my calories for the other days and was much more active than I had been. According to my iPhone app, I averaged 10,746 steps per day, which is far more active than my usual week (my average for the prior week was 6,271). I also got back in the gym, which is a very good thing.
Thanks so much to this group for keeping me accountable. The mere fact I have to post every day makes me keep to my plan so much more than I would otherwise.

A totally fun day!
On vacation - wonderful times with my husband, sunset, seals flopped in rocks, seagulls, beautiful trees on my walk, the sound of the waves. Had fun cooking together & chatting in & off all day. And watched a series of art videos & just did a relaxed drawing & added watercolor! Also read about Salvador Dali & similarities between him & Lewis Carroll!

@fatbambi2017 4 hours is a LOT of gardening...good for you as you accomplished a great deal. Last time I was out pulling weeds it was terribly hot and muggy, but our weather yesterday was just fabulous for the wedding we attended.

Posting this the next day (Monday). I had to work yesterday (Sunday) so not necessarily a fun day but an okay day. But I got home late and let the dog out and she wanted to play chase. She runs and I chase her. It is her favorite game and never fails to make me laugh because she is so happy with joy. That was my fun moment for the day and I ended the day with a smile on my face.8
