    Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes! 20 minute walk at work and then 30 minutes of pilates this evening.
    Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yes! Even with an ice cream cone! :)
    Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yes!

    Went to an orchestra performance tonight, so I’m up way past my bedtime. Will read the article and other posts tomorrow. ‘Night, everyone. :)
