another pass, but better than yesterday

Calories: No, but 60-100cal over this time. no excuses for the overeating, half of it is accidental and the other half emotional eating.

Second day in a row I've gone over. I think because I've been getting up earlier, so - in addition to breakfast - I have a mid-morning snack to hold me over to lunch. I don't feel bad about it, though, because I'm eating healthy foods and only when hungry. Just doesn't work for this challenge, unfortunately.5 -

Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes. I walked 4 miles this afternoon on a local trail.
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yes. Not the greatest of choices (cherry dipped ice cream cone, buffalo wings, and pizza) but came out with a 506 deficit.

These outdoor concerts are amazing for getting in some fun exercise. My iPhone tracked over 20K steps, a personal record. My feet are going to be really sore tomorrow, though.6 -
Pass day 2.
From nowhere a binge got me last night. But, for the first time ever ove logged it all. Woken up this morning feeling confident and determined for a tasty on plan weekend.

Bad couple of days. Weight dropped below maintenance and had three nights in a row with sleep issues ... recipe for disaster! So, out of the W.C. for this mo.
Good news ... GREAT night's sleep last night. Back on the wagon.
This seems to happen periodically. Good news is that while I hate it whe. It happens, I no longer get upset since I know I am back on track quickly and all is good.4 -
Iโm fabulous! Iโm also home at last. Cycling trip was amazing. Iโm up a pound on the scale which I am going to go ahead and attribute to muscle/exercise water retention. My legs feel like huge ham hocks when I walk about.
