    90 lb. squat 5x5
    55 lb. OHP 4x1 then 5x4
    130 lb. deadlift 3x5
    60 pound seated rows 3x8

    So, I put the bar on the ground for deadlifts since I'm up to 45 pound plates now. Yeah. That's hard. I had a really hard time getting the bar back to the floor to do more reps. I think I'll hang at 135 lbs for a few workouts to get the hang of it.
