    @jan110144 amazing, well done!

    Three yeses for me today. Scale was way up this morning but legs were also sore from yesterday evening's run so exercise today was a gentle walk morning and evening to help muscles to feel better!

    Cals on point and everything tracked.

    Exercise? Yes. 45 min singles tennis in the morning, strength training in the afternoon and a long walk this evening. Living my best life :smile:

    Pass Day #1 today. I am working a 2.5 day conference for work and couldn't pay attention to what I ate today. Plus I was starving from my 10 mule run yesterday still. Lol It's all good...this is what Pass Days are for! :)

    I need to post for several past days, I was sick and feeling a bit of avoidance also. :#
    7/11 and 7/12 were pass days 3 and 4 for me. No exercise on either day and calories over on the 12th. 7/13 and 7/14 are both 3 x yes. Got my 20 mins. of exercise each day but that was it. I’m starting to feel more energetic so that’s good. :)
